Living a healthy life

My claim to fame is not having been to a doctor in more than 30 years, so I have some things to say about staying healthy. Most of the 30 years, by the way, I was covered by health insurance.

Soy candles yes, soy milk no

Well I've talked about how healthful soy candles are, but soy as a food is not good. It's amazing how much soy milk there is now in the grocery stores. I drank it myself for awhile until I found out how we've been hoodwinked by big agri-business. I remember picking up a book about the wonders of soy at a bookstore. The book was really cheap like $2 or $3; now I know why.

Dr. Mercola can explain it better than I. Here is more info. And Weston A. Price Foundation has lots about soy here.
